- Minimum 650 credit score
- LTV – up to 90% of the purchase price and 100% of the repaired value for a total of 75% LTV on the after-repaired value
Fix and flip investors can borrow money for 9 to 18 months and loan amounts starting at $100,000 up to $2 million.
As you gain experience, Arkad Capital will lend you even more for a total after-repaired value LTV of 75% once you have 3 or more flips under your belt.
With low rates (7.99% – 11.99%) and low fees of 2.5 points, and a $750 processing fee, it’s easy to see how Arkad Capital is a top competitor for your first or subsequent fix and flip.
The Joint Venture Program

Together, we work the property to fix and flip it, making a profit and paying off the 12-month term loan with an 8.99% rate.
The profit split depends on your experience. New investors have a 50/50 split with Arkad Capital, while investors with 3 to 10 flips and owned 3 to 10 rentals in their lifetime can work out a deal with us. All borrowers can borrow up to 75% of the after-repaired value to create a profitable Joint Venture partnership.
