As the founder and CEO of Arkad Group Real Estate Corporation, headquartered in Downtown Plainfield, New Jersey, 

Mario's impact reverberates far and wide. With a law and finance degree from Rutger's University under his belt, he not only became a real estate broker but also excelled in production and sales. Together with partner Daniel Rivera, he established Arkad Group in 2008, specializing in the transformation of distressed residential and commercial properties.

Mario wears many hats – a devoted family man, a dynamic leader, a local business owner, and a philanthropist. His astute eye for locating and acquiring underutilized properties in strategic urban locations has ignited revitalization efforts in emerging New Jersey sub-markets. Adept at securing approvals, financing, and entitlements, Mario's expertise turns complex development projects into catalysts for downtown and transit-oriented district renewal.

Steering the ship of innovation, Mario leads Arkad Capital, LLC, Arkad's Lending Division. Drawing from his team's successful completion of over 250 residential flips, this venture fills a critical void in the rehab funding industry.
